This recipe blends together a handful of wholesome ingredients to create a deliciously vibrant treat. With just a few minutes and a blender, you can whip up this nutrient-packed smoothie that's perfect for any time of day.
Ingredients
1 cup of frozen mixed berries
1 frozen banana
1 cup of protein powder
3 spoons of oats
250 ml of coconut water
A bit of flaxseed and chia
A little bit of cacao nibs
Instructions
In a blender, combine the mixed berries, banana, protein powder, oats, flaxseed, chia and coconut water.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup if desired. Add ice cubes for a colder, thicker consistency (optional).
Pour into glasses and enjoy your refreshing!
